We implemented Club Manager in 2021, after using a manual spreadsheet and paper system for many years. The process was seamless and Michael was very patient and accommodating with training.

The process to capture registrations and payments has been very easy to use for all. The printing of event sheets and entering results has saved us so much time and is a simple process to follow - we have been able to involve other parents in the entering of results to spread the load across the team.

Through our two seasons on Club Manager there has been various updates to the system which keep making it better and better and easy to use. Whenever we have a question we always get a fast and helpful response.

Overall this has made a huge improvement for our club from taking registrations and payments, recording results, PBs and records, printing PB certificates at the end of the season, and communicating with our families via the website.
