Pricing

Club Manager is priced on a 'per athlete' basis for initial subscription and set-up. An annual maintenance fee is charged for continued support and upgrades.

Should you wish to employ client PCs at your club so that you can have multiple simultaneous data entry points during competition, you will need to source a Wireless Access point and set it up for access to the Internet. Client PCs require no software except for a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. In fact your client device can be a smart phone, or iPad or other tablet.

Club Manager Base price: A$2.25 per Active Athlete at time of purchase (Minimum $225.00)
Club Manager is priced on a modular basis. The base price includes modules for managing:

  • meeting dates, events and results

The aditional modules are billed at A$0.05 per Active Athlete. Modules are available for:
  • point score
  • ranking reports
  • championship selections
  • awards and certificates
  • parent help
  • handicap events

  • SprintTimer integration
Setup & Training (year 1 only): A$100
Number of concurrent users: Unlimited

A Club Website, hosted by Wichit, is intended to replace any current website you may have.
Club Website Base price: A$2.25 per Active Athlete at time of purchase (Minimum $225.00)
