Club Manager has been a godsend for us. The ease of use has meant that we are able to build a pool of volunteers entering our data, and know that it will be recorded accurately. The wide range of reports we are able to run has made prize giving super simple, as well as selecting athletes for relay teams- where we are able to look at a ranking report, and then mark athletes as unavailable as well as those selected for the team.

Club night management is super easy, as we are able to print all the club night sheets for each age group, and the fact that each athlete's PB is showing for each event means that our age managers are able to give instant feedback on whether an athlete has beaten their PB. Club records are also on the event sheets so that age managers can see if a record is broken.

We upgraded our website to be hosted by Wichit, and this enables our athletes to log on and view their PBs throughout the season- they can also see the results for their entire season and measure their progress, and see the "season best" result in their grade for an event.

Michael is super responsive to requests and will troubleshoot issues super promptly as they arise.
